Dear Valued Investors:
I am Guy Ofir, the CEO of Easy Energy, Inc. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your investment in Easy Energy and to update you relative to the exciting progress we have made realizing our goal to bring the Yogen forth as a unique leader in the field of consumer electronics, as a first of its kind, green technology, manual recharger. Our goal always has been and will continue to be: making our company a profitable success and an industry leader, with the accompanying benefit of increased shareholder value.
We believe we are in the right place at the right time with the introduction of a unique line of sustainable energy products uniquely suited to fulfill the needs of a grossly underserved segment of the marketplace. At a time when the words “green energy” are on everyone’s lips, we are introducing environmentally friendly products, in the extreme, completely non-polluting during their operation and designed for durability and long operational life. There is a great demand for compact, user-friendly manpowered chargers for portable electronics devices. Ensuring their operation in circumstances in which conventional power sources are not accessible is of paramount importance to Easy Energy and that is why we have focused our efforts toward this cause. We are ready to meet the demand with a line of manpowered chargers that will lead the industry in ergonomics, economy and power output relative to input effort.
Our product line includes two models of the YoGen®, a slim pocket sized charger, operated by a convenient pull cord, for use with cell phones and like sized devices; the YoGen Max™, a larger yet compact fold-up foot driven charger with power sufficient for laptop computers.
The company’s progress in recent months has been nothing short of exciting. We are currently producing the YoGen®, which is now available on-line at: www.yogenstore.com. We have finalized the design of the YoGen Max™ and will soon be initializing the process to prepare that product for mass production. We are excited to announce its unveiling at the (Consumer Electronics Show) CES, in Las Vegas in January, 2010.
Easy Energy, Inc. is moving forward swiftly in the areas of marketing and sales. In 2008, we executed an agreement with Al-Sadeef Trading Company in Jordan to handle distribution of our products in Jordan and the region. We have also entered into agreement with Green Pulse Trading, representing our products in the United Kingdom and Ireland. In September 2009, we executed an agreement designating FAME, LLC Virginia as our Global product representative for distribution, sales, and marketing of the YoGen® products. This includes responsibility for internet sales, and forging distribution relationships worldwide.
The Virginia-based Public Relations firm of Brotman•Winter•Fried Communications has also been retained to execute a public relations and marketing plan for the United States and Canada. The market opportunities for our products are enormous, both in developed and underdeveloped regions of the world, and be assured we intend to leave no stone unturned in our efforts to fill this need.
Based on our marketing and sales projections, we at Easy Energy believe that our expected revenues for 2010 could reach $10,000,000 with resulting earning of $3,000,000. These assumptions are based on sales of the Yogen worldwide, along with the release of YoGen Max™. If anything, this projection may prove to be too low.
2010 promises to be a banner year for Easy Energy, Inc., marked by fulfilling the two goals I have just mentioned. If you have not viewed our website or online store I encourage you to do so, as well as update yourself on our SEC filings. We expect to make progress reports on a regular basis, so please be alert for upcoming news releases, links to which you will find posted on our website.
As part of our public relations efforts please follow our YouTube videos on our Yogenstore website, www.yogenstore.com, and our blog located at http://chargerforlifeyogen.blogspot.com.
I take great pride in announcing the organization of our non profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization, No Charge, that will help provide the gift of sustainable energy to those in need. Our goal is to partner with companies already assisting in providing underserved markets and impoverished, as well as disaster areas with “free” energy.
On behalf of the management and employees of Easy Energy, as well as all our worldwide distribution partners, I wish to express appreciation for your interest and investment in our company and look forward to communicating more successes to you as we proceed into what is sure to be an event-filled year ahead.
